In which we take a break from BBC BASIC programming tutorials to look at ways to make it pay...

Regulars here will be taking on valuable information. In fact, by now, some of you will be more than capable of making your skills work for you. What you all need is somewhere to find peopel willing to pay for those skills.

So, I thought I'd introduce the RentACoder servcie to you all. It's a place to land programming projects - although they also allow buyers to post writing, web design, consultancy and a variety of other projects as well.

I've spent the last 5 years working on some projects over at RaC, and this article is a summary of my experiences. Happy bidding!!

On a sidenote, and for those not interested in making money in that way, the BBC BASIC tutorials have continued. We're about half way through, so it seemed like a good time to take a breather. Needless to say, before the weekend is out, I'll probably have the whole lot finished.

So, now would be a good time to catch up : you'll find the tutorials linked from the Learn to Program with BASIC page.

Happy programming.
